How do I pick up books if I can't get to campus during Library hours?

Answer

Library hours are subject to change. To view up-to-date service hours please check our library calendar

If you can't pick up your items during Library hours, please respond to the pickup email you received from librarynotices@stkate.edu and let us know. Our two alternative pickup options are curbside pickup and mail delivery.

If you choose curbside pickup, you will be assigned a locker (located right outside the library) and a combination based on your library barcode (found on the back of your ID, or by signing in and viewing Your Account details from the Library website). Please note that these requests may take an additional 1-2 business days for processing.

If you would like us to mail items to your home address, please include your address when responding to the pickup email you received from librarynotices@stkate.edu. You are responsible for return postage if you mail the item back, but you can also return items in person. Please note that these requests may take an additional 2 business days for processing, and the delivery speed is dependent on USPS. We will not mail items to locations on campus, including the dorms.

The CdC is open from 7 a.m. to 12 a.m. with St. Kate's card access. Alums and community members should pick up their books during the hours that the CdC is unlocked: Mon - Fri, 8 a.m.- 6 p.m. After hours, you will need to buzz Public Safety from the CdC entrances to be let into the building at their discretion.
